The Virginia Workers Compensation law requires your employer to provide you a panel of atleast three physicians. You must select from this Panel to treat for your wrok-related injury. 

If you do not use one of these providers on the panel for your work-related injury, you will be responsible for the cost of medical care.

If you are an employee and have suffered a work-related injury and require immediate care, report to the nearest medical facility for treatment. After the initial treatment, you must sellect a physician from the list provided by your employer.
